Rear Caliper Piston - Replaces Honda OEM 45107-MA3-006. This rear brake caliper piston slides in the caliper bore and transfers brake-fluid pressure into pad clamping force.
Install it during rear caliper rebuilds when the old piston is pitted, corroded, seized, or damaging the seals.
