Tank Cap Rubber Seal - Replaces Honda OEM 17631-096-701. This rubber seal fits the matching fuel-tank cap and seals the cap-to-filler-neck joint. It is not a complete cap, lid, or lock.
Replace it when the existing seal is hardened, cracked, swollen, flattened, or allowing fuel seepage or vapor leakage.
