Days from purchase

That's your window. Past 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. The item must come back unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Items unused and in original condition as received
  • Returns filed within 30 days of purchase
  • A receipt or proof of purchase included with the package

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

We process returns once every few weeks. When yours comes through, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We never change a restocking fee. We are here for customers and want to get you the correct part to get your bike fixed.

Your credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
