01 What Comes Back
Eligible
- Items unused and in original condition as received
- Returns filed within 30 days of purchase
- A receipt or proof of purchase included with the package
Not Eligible
- All electrical items
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
02 How Refunds Work
Processed in Batches
We process returns once every few weeks. When yours comes through, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
No Restocking Fee
We never change a restocking fee. We are here for customers and want to get you the correct part to get your bike fixed.
Back to Your Card
Your credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
03 Shipping It Back
US or Canada Post ONLY. Do not use FedEx or UPS.
Declare the package value as $1 and description of parts return on the shipping form.
You cover return shipping. It's non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
