Alternator / Battery Checker. This diagnostic tool checks battery condition and/or charging-system output within the tester’s specified voltage range.
Use it to evaluate battery voltage and alternator charging performance according to the tool instructions. It does not store electrical energy, crank the engine, or replace a battery, alternator, or starter cable.
