Silver Wing Interstate Valve Stem Seal - Replaces Honda OEM 12209-MB9-003. This valve-stem seal controls oil at the valve guide so excess oil does not enter the combustion chamber.
Install this valve-stem seal on the matching valve guide to control oil entering the combustion chamber.
