Product Description
- Confirm seal profile, groove diameter, rubber material, pressure or fluid exposure, and installation location.
- Use area: Oil-filter housing O-ring.
- Confirm O-ring diameter, groove shape, filter cover layout, and engine application.
- Clean the groove, oil the new seal lightly, and check for leaks after start-up.
Oil Filter O-Ring. This oil-filter O-ring seals the oil-filter cover or housing joint so engine oil stays contained under pressure.
Replace it whenever the filter cover is removed or the old seal is flattened, hardened, cut, or leaking.
